Artist Bio

I am a self-trained artist who loves anything weathered and aged, and am drawn to rusty surfaces, dripping paint, neon signs, and typography. My work uses salvaged materials like old sheet music and magazines, vintage pop culture images, billboards torn from city walls, anything that has a history coming from it.

Using these materials my backgrounds mimic weathered brick walls and urban concrete surfaces. I layer up whimsical portraits and still lifes, often questioning the status quo, inviting the viewer to lean and wonder what is simmering under the surface.
