Artist Bio I’ve spent a career designing and developing applications, websites, companies, and services. I’ve learned that: We have a relationship with the devices we own and hold them close. In our pockets, our hands, and at our fingertips. They are tools until they stop working, and then they are disposable.

We spend so much time staring at our screens, but miss the time and quality of the work we’re seeing, because we only think of our apps as utilities, missing the care and detail that went into their creation. By re-contextualizing used devices and packaging as art, I want to extend their life and keep them out of the landfill. By presenting app icons as art and leveraging them for message and meaning, I change how they are perceived.
