TYPES OF ROOMS

  • Cabana Room: 175 sf and approximately 20 linear feet of wall space.

  • Booths: 350 sf and approx 55 lin ft of wall space. Non-sleeping space.

  • Deluxe rooms: 275 sf and approx 42 lin ft of wall space

  • Junior Suites: 375 sf and approx 75 lin ft of wall space

  • Family Suites: 425 - 440 sf and approx 95 lin ft of wall space

Most Deluxe Rooms come with 2 double beds; a few have King beds. Cabana Rooms have Queen beds as do all the Suites, The Suites also have pull out couch beds.

Dynamic pricing is used to determine room costs, based on size and also distance from the courtyard. The higher up, generally the less expensive the space. Note that the ground floor Booths are not rooms, they are converted parking spaces and do not come with any furniture or complimentary parking, however they are some of the largest spaces in the fair.
